We offer small-group recreational run sessions for adults. These sessions cater for those looking to run for fitness — and maybe tick off a run goal, whether it's a 5km or a half marathon. Sessions are inclusive, supportive and tailored to all fitness levels.

We offer a monthly membership for those who'd like to attend regularly, or a flexible casual option if you prefer to drop in.
